How does it work?
You can view ads between 30 second timeframe on our "Browse Ads"
page. Only one Ad must be seen a time. After 30 seconds is up you can see a Green Dollar symbol in the timer place,if so you've earned $0.01, if not you may clicked 2 ads at a same time. you must wait 30 seconds to click another ad. And Dollar symbol Ad will be available exactly after 24 Hours from the time of your click. Red X Ads will be available after 30 seconds from the time of false click.
Can I have more than one account?
Strictly No. There is no need to maintain more than one account.
If you've lost your login information, you can request to
have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with
more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing
process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be
terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will
not receive any earnings.
Can other people in my household join?
As long as they each have their own computer, AlertPay account
and e-mail address. As far as cheating goes, our software
detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the
same computer.
My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly
used IP addresses, can I join?
Yes, this is fine. The same general rule applies from the
previous question. However, we do not recommend that you
use TopBux on networks that use shared computers because
we only allow one computer per user and your account will
more then likely be banned if you use a computer that is
already registered to a TopBux account.

How much money can I make?
We pay you $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for

Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?!
If you have a business account with AlertPay, they charge a 2.9%(check AlertPay site for current fees) transfer fee plus an additional $0.30*
base fee when you receive funds.
Why My referral credits or referrals are suddenly disappeared?
To provide a secure service, members involving un-wanted activities immediately suspended. Suspended members and their earnings will not add to your account until the completion of investigation. If you have bought the disappeared referrals from TopBux then you can claim for replace.

Why I am getting "Please slowdown your refresh" message?
Our server automatically records bots and we had designed software to stop such bots. Sometimes it may display this message to real members. You must wait few minutes to clear that message. If it is not cleared automatically after few minutes, then your system may permanently blocked and you need to contact us using web contact form to regain the access.
Why I am getting Red X at the end viewing an ad?
You must wait at least 30 seconds before clicking another Ad. If you accidentally clicked and closed more than one ad within 30 second duration, you must wait 30 seconds fully before clicking another ad. Often you get Red X, try cleaning your cache,
temp files, cookies, etc. If you still have problems
after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
How to delete my account?
To Delete your Account Please follow these procedure step by step,

How does the advertising work?
When you order an advertising package, we first approve the site and
then insert it on the "Browse Ads" page.
All new ad entries appear at the top of the list.
We only charge you for unique visits that our members generate.
All outside visits are free. For instance, you may order 1,000 visits but
you may receive 1,500 or more visits because of non-members checking out
the "Browse Ads" page. You're essentially getting more for your money.
Are my visits guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount
of traffic that you ordered.
Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you
will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours.
On the "Browse Ads" page, the "Member Visits" counts the unique
visits from members and the "Outside Visits" counts each
page hit from non-members.
Are there any restrictions?
Your ad cannot promote adult content or illegal activity.
We also do not accept sites that use frame breakers.
Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases like the 50, 100 and 500 visit ads usually
expire within 2-5 minutes. Sometimes even sooner. TopBux
generally has 1,500 - 2,000* users online at a time.
